I’m so glad you dropped by. Wedding Feferity is the latest Wedding Website for Nigerian brides, grooms and enthusiasts around the world.
So what exactly goes on here on Wedding Feferity?
Everything and anything to do with Nigerian Weddings! From detailed info on traditional wedding ceremonies accross the different Nigerian cultures, to stunning real wedding photos and the latest wedding planning ideas and trends. And lets not forget the awesome wedding vendors who make it all happen. In a nutshell, we “Capture the Nigerian Wedding Magic ” here on Wedding feferity.
Why Feferity?
So many people ask me “Why the name Feferity? And what does it mean anyways?” Feferity is a Nigerian slang used to describe an elaborate event, situation or thing, you know, anything that has quite a bit of ‘efizzy’ or extra to it. One could say, “Did you see Ijeoma’s wedding reception decor? So much feferity”. So I thought it would be an appropriate name for a Nigerian Wedding Website. Also, I think it is a very pretty, fun and catchy name. Unfortunately it’s misspelt alot. It’s not feferrity, fefferity, fefferrity, feferitty, or whatever! It’s one of each letter f-e-f-e-r-i-t-y. I hope you love the name as much as I do.
Who is Mis Feferity?
I’m the Editor of the blog – totally responsible for bringing you all the awesome pictures, articles and vendors you shall be seeing on the site. I’m a wedding enthusiast with an eye for good wedding design and all things pretty. I am crazy about our culture, and can’t wait to bring it to life here on Wedding Feferity, so join me as I Capture the Nigerian Wedding Magic all day, every day! Make sure you subscribe to the site (subscription box to your bottom right) so we can keep you updated, and connect with us on our Wedding Feferity Facebook and Wedding Feferity Instagram pages.

Hello Kim,
Thanks for dropping by. So glad even non-nigerians are loving it! Although it’s a Nigerian wedding site, there’s so much inspiration for non-naija brides. Check out our bridal photo gallery and white weddings section for tons of ideas.

Hey Wedding Feferity!
Just been going through your blog and I L.O.V.E I.T! I’m not from Nigeria myself so I’ve enjoyed getting to know a bit more about your weddings. I wish I could actually experience one for myself now. The decor and colours are so vibrant, I’m feeling inspired by it all. Any chance I can hire you to plan my wedding in the future? Looking forward to reading your next post.
