Hello Everyone! Happy December!! I hope the first 11 months of 2013 were amazing and this last one exceeds your expectations in all areas of your lives.
Speaking of amazing, it’s been a while since we featured some bridal inspiration. Check out some really lovely images below.
Stunning Makeup
This twisted updo Adetutu rocked on her wedding day is gaining serious traction with Naija brides. I expect to see more of it in 2014. It’s not the easiest bridal style to create and wear, but Sitpretty Beauty did a fabulous job. The makeup also complimented the intricate hairstyle by being subtle.
Intense eye-makeup is usually reserved for Traditional wedding days, but Doyin looked superb, and the Dainty Affairs Beauty team made it happen.
These two brides were dolled up by Kemi Kings Makeup. Simple and Sweet.
Another simple bride by Kemi Kings. I think that is her natural hair!
Bouquet Beauties
Shola’s makeup looks great. Makeover by BMPro
Princess bride Lola looking the part in her tiara. Makeup by Kemi Kings.
Pretty Dresses
So much drama going on with Funmi’s dress! Definately not for everyone, but it looks great on her and she carried it nicely.
I really like the back of her dress, the train and her hair.
Strike A Pose
Close-up bridal portraits are one of my favourites! I like the details and emotions captured. I love everything about Aisha’s look. Dress, jewelry, hair, makeup and poses…everything! Shots were taken by Inije Photography.
Beautiful Ekibo. Lovely veil, hairstyle and earrings. She was also an Inije Photography bride.

Ada got married to be beau Daniel in a unique wedding dress by Valerie Davies. If you think you are seeing pink, you are right. She is probably the one in 3000 Nigerian brides that picked a “coloured” wedding gown. So rare. Her makeup was done by Joyce Jacob. Photo courtesy of her Wedding Planners, I Do Weddings.
Anu giving us much attitude. Love it! Photo by Seyi Charles George Photography
So, any favourites? The first image of Adetutu is my fav. I can’t get over the hairstyle. Too gorgeous!

Many thanks for stopping by Sandra. And also for informing us about Adetutu’s actual hairdresser, Uniqueberry Hairs. Your contribution is appreciated. Just checked out the blog and loved the pretty hairstyles there. Imelda is very talented.
